「もえつき」の処方箋
10月17日早朝に読み終えた本。
こういう本を手に取るって時点で「もえつき」のプロセスが始まってる気がしなくもない。
実際、「もえつき」が起こりやすい職種の1つとして、今やっている仕事も挙げられていた。
他人と接し、相手のための行動ばかりをとっていると、自分のために割くことのできる心の余裕がなくなって、それで「もえつき」に至るようだ。
こういうバランスをとるのって、頭ではわかってても、現実はいろいろな強制力のためになかなか難しいもんだ。
記憶が曖昧だけど、だいたい次のようなことが書かれていた。ような気がする。全然違うかも。
「手に余る大きさの問題を抱えてしまったときは、身近なこと（≒自分）にだけ、そして現在のことにだけ目を向ければ、扱える大きさになる。」
大きなものを小分けして処理しやすくする。なんだかパケット通信みたいだなあ、と妙に納得した一節。
